HOW DO I CALCULATE SHIPPING?
The Web Site will do this automatically for you but if you would like to calculate the shipping or sales tax in advance here is how.

Step 1: Add up the cost of your furniture and accessories to get the CART TOTAL.
Step 2: Locate your state on the SHIPPING ZONES Chart to see what COLOR ZONE you are in.
Step 3: Find the dollar amount of your purchase on the left side of the chart.
Step 4: Move your finger to the right until you come to your COLOR ZONE, that is the SHIPPING COST.
Step 5: Add the CART TOTAL and the SHIPPING COST to get the TOTAL CHARGE.
Step 6: (Florida Orders ONLY) Select the COUNTY where your furniture will be shipping.
Step 7: (Florida Orders ONLY) Multiply the CART TOTAL by the appropriate TAX % to get TAX AMOUNT.
Step 8: (Florida Orders ONLY) Add the CART TOTAL and the TAX AMOUNT and the SHIPPING COST to get the TOTAL CHARGE.

SALES TAX RATES FOR FLORIDA:
ALL orders Shipping to Florida MUST Pay SALES TAX.

CARRIER:
All products are shipped Common Carrier LTD prepaid freight. The CLASSIC cushion products will be boxed with the frames and cushions in separate boxes, table tops and bases will also be boxed separately. The SLING line products are shipped fully assembled each piece individually, with the exception of the table tops and bases, which will be shipped in separate boxes. Accessory items will be shipped complete in one box.

VERY IMPORTANT:
ALL items are shipped, properly boxed in good condition. Customers MUST inspect boxes and/or products upon receipt and have the delivery driver note any box or product damage on the freight bill BEFORE signing the receipt.

In case of freight delivery damage notify the shipper at 1-866-278-6708 with the Freight PRO # and a list of the damaged products.

We will handle freight claims and product replacement ONLY if the freight bill contains damage notes signed by the delivery driver and only to the extent of the notations by the driver.

Any and all concealed freight damage will be the responsibility of the customer, who has the option to contact the delivering freight company for any possible compensation.
